Hello, I’m Dena — the heart behind Freebird.

With over 16 years of photography experience and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design (web and print), I’ve always been drawn to visual storytelling and intentional design. I continue to offer newborn, milestone, and family photography, creating timeless images for the seasons of life that matter most.

Freebird Design was born from a desire to help small businesses, creatives, and fellow entrepreneurs bring their vision to life online through beautiful, functional websites that feel like you. Whether you’re launching something brand new or refreshing an existing brand, I offer both hands-off and fully managed web design services designed to meet you where you are.

I believe tech should feel simple, design should feel personal, and your online presence should feel like home. In addition to web design, I also offer branding headshots, re-branding, social media support, website management, search engine optimization, and printed graphics to support your business as it grows.

Freebird Education is an upcoming extension of my work, created for those who want to learn and grow creatively. It will be a place for moms who love photography as a hobby, those ready to take it beyond “just a hobby,” and photographers looking to refine and elevate their established businesses.
